Our constantly growing team provides you with a full range of services, including repair, inspection & maintenance including the environmentally sound disposal of our tools, where necessary.
Repair Service
Only high-quality products are permitted to leave our premises!
Should you however have a problem with one of our devices despite our high quality standard, we will do our best to repair your equipment as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Information on Inspection and Maintenance
Regular, preventive maintenance and repair prevents you from having to face unpleasant surprises later, which can be expensive.
In addition to our repair service, we also offer a cost-effective inspection and maintenance service for our crimping, and cutting machines. To ensure the safety and reliability of your equipment, all repair, maintenance and adjustment work should be carried out only by authorised workshops or customer service centres which only use original spare parts from Klauke. This assures and guarantees trouble-free operation for many years to come.
The Inspection of your equipment should take place annually.
Servicing of a machine is required every 3 years or after 10,000 pressing operations or cuts. In our new models, the LED starts to flash when servicing is due; this is for informational purposes only and does not compromise the functionality of the machine.
